Determination of melamine and products of its destruction in substance and milk products by electrochemical methods.

We analyzed the interaction of organic cations melamine with heteropolyanions of Keggin’s structure by methods of UV- IK spectroscopy and amperometric titration. We studied by physico-chemical methods (UV- IK spectroscopy) the nature of connection OK-GPA in the combinations (MelН2)3(РМо12О40)2 and we determined the correlation by spectrophotometric method. We defined stoichiometric relation of the reactants by amperometric titration and spectrophotometric methods. It indicates the formation of ion associated. These soluble ion associated can be used in the synthesic of plasticized ISE membranes, reversed to definable compounds. New synthesized soluble associated were used as materials for the construction of electrodnoaktyvni the film ISE PVC membrane electrodes reversible to the organic cation, melamine and degradations product ammeline based on membrane solvent plasticizer – dibutyl phthalate. The we developed methods of quantitative determination of melamine and ammeline in dairy products by direct potentiometry method using the developed ionselektyvnyh electrodes, which are characterized by sufficient, sensitivity, selectivity simplicity and the express.
