DETERMINATION OF ALUMINUM COMPOUNDS IN RIVER’S WATER ON THE TERRITORY OF TRANSCARPATHIAN PRIMEVAL FORESTS BY ELECTROTHERMAL ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY (ETAAS).

The new procedure electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopy with the use of acylhydrazones of pyroracemic acid and nickel nitrate as chemical modifiers for determination of aluminum compounds in water of small rivers on the territory of Transcarpathian primeval forests have been developed and tested. The proposed procedure is simple, not needs a sample preparation and has a high sensitivity and reproducibility (detection limit of aluminum 0,003 ppm). The mechanism of modifiers action during the determination of aluminum by electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopy has been studied. The results of the aluminum compounds determination in water of small rivers of Transcarpathian primeval forests can be used as the background concentrations in application to others rivers of the region for improvement of environmental management quality.
